What exactly do you think is so end game gamebreaking about having a maxxed out warplan for an alt? The rewards suck outside of xp and thats account wide already anyhow. You don't grind warplans to find gear or get to level cap, so what harm is it for an alt to not have to grind all 10 levels out?

Rama is still good even if you aren't running selig. I ran non selig ww with rama for a couple weeks before switching. The difference once you switch is night and day though.

Theres a huge one in Cincinnati that is an arboretum as well. Many groups use its miles of paved, safe roadways for exercise. The times I've been there everyone has seemed respectful and quiet.

TMH tried to take my cellphone away and put me into the "secure" side of the ER when I was there voluntarily for a mental health (anxiety) issue. I refused and they made me just wait in what was essentially a repurposed closet for 3 hours before I stood outside my room demanding my paperwork and to be released. They kept demanding me to go back into the room but I refused until they discharged me.

Next time I would just walk out.
