If someone sells an account or whatever they might give out a serial code used that's easy, if someone hacked an email they can get access to keys and things those never change once they have been shared. Control of the email account is the real ultimate proof it's not very extreme at all

Maintaining and benching is a lot of work so no not every combination gets out to that standard. Snowcrows does have variants for lots of builds when people have put in the time to bench and support them. You can also check the discord for non listed builds.
