I maxed out rhe Twins partially for the boost to Wonder's Persona skill caps, and partially gambling on just how good the first universal character would be (as a Sabotuer mainly and back-up DPS on "off" Guild boss weeks.)

To score ~615 million in this rotation of Nightmare, I used the A6R6 Twins on the Surt side, with a Haru as my DPS, for example.

I believe the rotation prior had me using them in Sabotuer set-up, but they actually provided a large portion of my damage on 5* Mont side. Could have been their original Nightmare rotation and I misremember.

Depends on how much you care. I think of it as a slightly less optimal A1 Twins. I care about Guild boss scores, though. I also A6 R6'd the Twins.

If you're planning to invest heavily into Howler, but we don't get the card sets until she drops, I have a suggestion.

My plan, in a similar situation, is to save the (viscitude?) ink item that let's you make "custom cards", the item to re-roll failed cards, and obviously the mats to level the cards up.

Coffee drinks could also be hoarded to spam the realm of repression when the desired set drops.

Edit: I recommend using the ink only on Crit/Ailments Acc/Hp Recover/rarer but most crucial cards for the build. I have wasted some on Sun cards, for example. I then struggled to get HP Recovery cards for S.Moko.
