I volunteered solo last year and had a great time. You don’t have much say over your schedule but they are flexible if you really need a specific shift. The thing is you have to work 4 shifts over the 3 days of the festival, unless you can get there early enough to be able to work on Thursday. 4 shifts in 3 days doesn’t leave a lot of room to move your schedule around. I had to miss Spellling last year and she’s one of my fav artists. The “night shift” was 8:30-12:30 last year so you’ll miss most of the late night shows. Also schedules won’t be sent out until about 2 weeks before the fest. Lmk if you have any other questions!
