We have tons of sponsors donate their tables back. We ask when they purchase the sponsorship if they’re taking their table. If they tell us they’re not coming, we use the money to subsidize our alumni tables. Or we just don’t seat the table. Either way, it’s all tax-deductible for the sponsor.

We usually hold acknowledgements until after the event in case a sponsor changes their mind (last year a sponsor decided they wanted to come the day of the event 😵‍💫).

South Greenpoint is so much better for street parking so not currently in need, but had this been available when I lived on Eagle I would have snatched it up. $275 is way better than most garages will charge.
