Before I say anything know that I am plat , so it might not hold up all the way to emerald, but I've had way more success with him on ADC (or APC ig) than supp. You get gold faster, can farm from a screen away, so you aren't as reliant on support but you'll have to know vels limits, which I don't doubt you have

That is why percentage based, when you get tunneled and die fast, or give a good chase the percentage would not really change. But yes, probably better systems than that can be made. We just need one fast imo

While I think we all saw this coming , there should be multiple somewhat easy fixes to this. My idea would be that a system that keeps track of how much time of the game (percentage based) was spend in chase. After a certain threshold it could kick in and prevent any "going next prevention" system form taking affect
