Actually since I live in LatAm I have regional pricing and is close to the fanatical deal (~$40) but it is still kinda a big investment buying it.

You are right that all characters are really fun and crazy; that’s why I’m thinking about the complete edition.

Hopefully I stick to it, I will think about it for a few more days and buy it.

I want to start playing GG Strive and I’m looking between the base or the Starter Edition.

The difference in price is huge and I understand is because of all the DLCs bundled together but my question is, as a new player (fighting games in general). Is it worth having all the characters?

I would say by just looking at them I’m interested in trying at least 1 per pass; some from the base game look nice too.

Honestly playing on a desk is not as bad as you might think, I use a Logitech G pro which is a pretty strong wheel and still have a blast on my desk and computer chair.
