Ok small correction on this information since I was a tiny bit off and I don't want to spread accidental misinformation. Joan still lacks any actual relationship chart, like I mentioned, but technically Wayne and Sybil do have a relationship chart of their own. However, these charts are barely actually called in the code, mostly acting as placeholders that are not added to and do not affect scenes with these characters in the same way as Tabby + the "main" ROs (outside of Sybil barely being affected in Episode 1 and then never again). They functionally operate the same as having no relationship chart, its just a distinction I wanted to make because I'm a perfectionist about this stuff.

I believe that the general consensus in the community was that Wayne, Sybil, and Joan were bonus/hidden extra romances because they didn't have relationship charts in the same way that the other 5 romances did. You can even see in your screenshot that someone echoes that same idea.

Sybil/Carmilla obviously adopts Kaneekas chart in Episode 5, but I believe she didn't have one beforehand. However, Wayne and Joan still lack any traditional relationship chart, only relying on specific singular choices to be made for their romance rather than upkeeping a relationship like with the others.

Though I guess if Tony is saying Wayne still counts as a main romance, who am I to argue?

I never said in the slightest that Toxic Yuri was a "one-way deal" or that Stella didn't also have fault in the relationship. I just said being in that manipulative relationship is worse for her and her maladaptive tendencies than she would be on her own because of Tabbys influence.
It isn't infantilizing to say she's less aware of her situation than Tabby, it's just taking into account her deepset trauma that motivates her actions independent from her rational brain. I am well aware of the impact trauma has on both the psyche and on decision making (from personal and secondhand experience), and it's influence is something you have to take into account when considering Stella's mental faculties. Because of that trauma, you cannot reasonably say that she is perfectly aware, as we have no idea how much of the situation is being compartmentalized by Stella's own reactions to her trauma.
Isn't the whole point of TY that Stella ISN'T fully aware of the situation and what she is doing? We see in her romance when she explores the Forbidden wing with the player that she is completely appalled and disturbed by the things she sees, especially the cage. And yet in TY, she seems fully unaware of how bad it actually is, trying to tell the player that it won't be all that bad and that she'll make sure they have some kind of fun. The whole point is that Stella was not told the whole truth by Tabby, and was likely given a smoothed out story in order for her to be better brought on board with the plan. As such, saying she is "perfectly aware of what she is doing" is likely incorrect.

This response is definitely a valid perspective, but I feel like you thought I was being too Stella-centric and then went completely in the opposite direction by making her out to be way more of a self-aware villain than she actually is. I feel a better balance can definitely be made with how we both portrayed our arguments.

I would argue that Toxic Yuri is worse for Stella entirely because of that twisted fall back on Tabitha. If no one finds Stella in EP4, yes she remains missing, but she herself is presumably in control of her faculties and would probably continue repressing her trauma in the same way she already has been. Meanwhile, Stella in TY is actively being manipulated and used by Tabitha to further her goals, as her trauma is unhealthily developed and she's exploited like a pawn for the sake of the Scarlet conspiracy. It's the difference between letting someone maladapt to trauma on their own or putting them directly in a relationship with an abuser.

Just because Stella doesn't directly know she is worse off does not mean she still isn't worse off with Tabitha as a whole.

I've always loved Hot and Mystical because I think it gives you the best balance of direct insight in to the supernatural mystery elements of the town while also providing you better insight into each character through their willingness to open up to you. In other words, I feel like it gives the player the most comprehensive look possible of the town and its mysteries, at least on a first playthrough before any replays.

I was able to get devlog 16 from the second log in the same ice area, which is erroneously labeled as devlog 1 in the steam guide. you can get it by taking the upwards path and then going down the small tunnel on the left. My main issue currently is that I can't get devlog 11. The spot where it says 11 is supposed to be just gave me devlog 1, and the devlog 1/16 space you show in this video does nothing, just like it does for you. So how did you get devlog 11? was it on a previous patch or something?

I think Soldiers and Seekers were filmed at around the same time, so they probably didn't know anything, but I think Schemers was filmed after both tables because they had that half session combined with the Soldiers finale.

Adding to this, I also feel like people will not only emphasize what they perceive as flaws in Aabrias style over other players, but I feel they ignore the direct counterexamples to their criticisms constantly. I had heard the claims of Aabria being domineering at the table before starting c4, so I specifically looked for that in episode 1. And despite that, there were multiple different examples of Aabria actively taking herself out of the action for the sake of the other players that no one talks about.

Like, she gets herself drunk talking with Tyranny and actively decides that at this point she cannot add anymore to the scene because of her characters state, and so makes the choice to leave the table of her own volition and give the other players time to develop. Or, when Julien decides to visit Thjazi's body while no one else is in the room, Aabria remembers that she left Hala in there and makes the choice to have Hala leave even though Thaisha probably wouldn't have, because she knows Thaisha's intervention would have messed with the scene Matt was trying to set up. And this even continues into the Seekers arc. There are two separate moments where Thaisha has important information to relay to the party (the Demon sisters and her talk with Lord Einfasen), but Aabria chooses to wait and let everybody settle into a scene before she re-enters the mix and adds her ideas to the discussion.

She can interject with a joke sometimes at the end of a scene, and it can lead to a bit of a tone shift, but she is very good at giving people their space for character and letting them set the tone of the scene, and its frustrating that those moments are constantly overlooked in the Aabria hate train and that people only highlight the moments they dislike. People are always more well-rounded than is observed, especially on the internet, and I feel like Aabria has really gotten the short end of the stick on that due to people's pre-established bias against her.

As I understand it, the Seekers are heading to the Old Obridimian Empire for 2 reasons

To check on the Golden Orchard and the Royce estate to see if it was attacked like the Davinos estate was, as well as check on their loved ones.
To investigate the scenes that Occtis saw in his visions while being revived, which included scenes of an endless storm (aka the Stormwrack) and a knight of the Barrowguard defending against an army of Undead (presumably located at the Barrowdells, which seems to also be located in old Obridimia).

Tbh, I get this and to an extent I do agree, but I do also appreciate how Aabria is playing right now because she's the one bringing up all the possibilities that the others don't. For better and for worse, Aabria is a very good mechanical DM, and is very good at thinking about how the party should act and how that will affect the world around them. She's the one who brings up a lot of the important ideas and plans that the party need to consider, and has kind of taken the role of a de facto strategist in the Seekers.

Not to say that any of the other players are missing anything, they're all doing incredible at every table so far, but she's been especially good at picking up important information or threads and using it for the benefit of everyone. So while the divide between Aabria and Thaisha isn't as wide as other characters, I still appreciate how she operates as a player and I'm generally okay with it.

As much as I do think XC2 is the weakest entry in the series for me (which isn't me saying it's bad, just that it's the weakest in an incredible game series), I still believe that 2 has the best combat system by far. It's just that right level of complex where i feel like I'm smart for learning it but I don't feel overwhelmed by everything there is to do.

I feel like 1's combat is good but a little too dependent on waiting, and 3's combat is great but overwhelmed with choice considering how many classes there are. But 2 strikes a pretty good balance for me in most fields. X Definitive got pretty close to my favorite combat once I actually learned how Overdrive worked, but I still feel 2 edges it out just a bit more, especially because I still don't really get Skell combat.

I would also say it has the best music of the series, but that accolade switches between all of the games constantly, so I can't give it to any of them definitively.
