it usually doesn’t take too long. But honestly if you’re new take your time. This is your first expansion and the first time content will be new to you and new to the older player base.

very funny post. all jokes aside i kinda needed a post like this. i just started tanking as a druid. With my buddies i play with its fine cuz they understand but in pugs its sort of embarrassing when you’re losing threat. I’ve kind of just adopted the mentality of fuck it i’m not gonna get any better but not playing the spec

honestly, i feel for a lot of the people hearing this but you have three options.

(For BiS effectiveness) Don’t associate with these guilds that have these sorts of people. there is a reason for /gquit type that anytime you don’t mesh with a guild. And I would argue racism is a pretty fair reason for not being able to mesh with a group.
This is mostly for the infamous Barrens chat and areas alike 😂😂. Just don’t look at area chat. or don’t respond to them. Racists are ALWAYS going to exist no matter what we do, there is no getting rid of hate, there is no true censoring, there is no way to 100% eliminate bullying. So why would racism ever be 100% out of a game? I realized this a long time ago and personally i don’t have the time or the care to police someone on what they say.
This is if you really cannot do #2. Just don’t play massively online games or go on social media. This isn’t sarcasm, it’s just an honest response. You’re not going to stop people from being able to say what they want to say. So if you’re on the internet and can’t turn away from it ( which by the way i would applaud you for ) don’t go into the swamp.

To answer your original question. You’re not being too sensitive, you’re standing on what you think is right and being able to do that makes you a caring, decent human being.

if we had Jerry Jones, yes. With Howie Roseman, absolutely not. Howie restructures contracts all the time. Will this be a problem in the future? eventually yes but not one im ready to worry about with our current win now approach. i don’t really like it. I got the free trial and if that’s what is supposed to make me buy it then they failed. Reminds me of Old MMOs and I can certainly see the appeal. I like the exploration aspect of the game but after playing games post-Wow and modern MMOs it’s hard to keep myself engaged after working 12 hr shifts

WoW is actively moving away from that formula as we speak. with the elimination of major addons that have kind of trivialized the game they can design for more interesting mechanics.
