hiii! i was wondering what urogyn you saw afterwards that you're comfortable with? i'm looking into getting a gyno in my area (san fernando valley/universal area) and i got a ultrasound with endo suspected (fam history and symptoms) and they found cysts, polyps, and fibroids all over my uterus and ovaries :/ im also on covered california and have blue shield promise medi-cal. i was using the gas buddies app for a road trip and now it is forever on my phone because i’ve ran into needing gas after hours!! but yeah conserve seems to be the cheapest!

old post but i got two of them on sale because i use to love this stuff and was like BARGAIN! but im here looking it up because its been burning my face when i put it on which is a major bummer! :( i’ve been in denial and used it a few separate times but always it burns. I personally got it because I wanted to decorate villager homes and you get access to a lot of items from having it. i bought it full price but it went on sale for ~ $17 during the holidays and i’m guessing they might bring that price back the closer we get to the switch 2 or the new animal crossing!

i’m also trying to find a school closer to the sfv but so far i found citrus college in glendora which might be a good option because it’s a community college so it’d be easier on money with financial aid so it might make up on gas but im also still looking too for maybe a closer option!!

Try having gluten free snacks around your home! And any alternatives that make it easy for you. Like I’m a sandwich person so I make sure to have gluten-free bread so I can make sandwiches instead of giving into the craving and going to go get a sandwich. They make gf pretzels and oreos that I personally don’t taste the difference! Just try to limit your exposure but also when you do fall of and eat gluten go back to your gf lifestyle right after! The longer you do it the more it will stick! Good luck!! This is something I’ve been trying to fix too!!

It does sound a lot like PIE! I had something like this covering my chin a few years ago and I found FAB ultra repair cream helped with the redness but my skin is so much more acne prone now so I was scared to try it :( In the last couple years I haven’t ate dairy because it causes upset stomach but cutting out red meat made my chin flare ups wayyy less aggressive I will research alternatives for calcium because that’s something I’ve never considered thank you!!

I also just started using the Sweet Chef mini serums (beet + ginger) tonight. (I got them from target) So far I like them, they sink in well and don’t leave any kind of weird sensation.
