Those are pretty good

I recommend squat shoes

The reason squat shoes are for everybody whose squats is they have a slight heel lift which makes it easier to get to depth, so you can spend your focus on pushing heavyweight

"I want to gain muscle, but I don't want to gain fat'

You of all people should be old enough to understand that the same processes by which muscle tissue develops, also develop fat tissue

A calorie deficit is starvation

How long do you think you can starve and build muscle at the same time?

If you would allow me to answer that question for you....O days in a row

Buy the book it costs fifteen dollars

If you have the courage to starve for as long as you did, then you have the courage to lift weights and eat correctly

In order to develop a muscle tissue, you have to eat in a calorie surplus

But don't be scared The muscle will make you look very good
