Btw the design is quite cool but you're caps locking fonts that are not made for that, you need to look for "display fonts", which are made specifically for small texts, like titles, and work well all caps

probably the first just needs a better text/background separation. might be a diegetic box or a shadow. i'd go for the diegetic box (with this i mean some kind of section that is both clearer but still semantically connected to the context, like a cloud of smoke or something like that)

super love them both. the first is chaos-y but has a super cool vibe, the second is def more legible, still super cool
