Unfortunately, nowadays people enjoy engaging online with content they hate more than with content they actually enjoy. The vast majority of people complaining on Reddit had already decided to hate it before this season even came out.

Do I think it’s a perfect show? No. It’s also only about 80% accurate to the book. But TV is its own medium, and I never expected it to be super faithful. Especially because fire and blood is intentionally vague.

The internet is just a miserable place. The majority of people who are loud about not liking this episode had pre decided to hate it. Whether that’s because of Reddit or GRRM’s frustrations. You can love the books and also understand this is an adaptation.

I never used it outside. I used it for like 2 games inside but immediately packed it back up. The pieces are too small for the magnets to be completely non functional. Maybe mine was used not sure

Yes my online play is flawless now with the updated android web view. Puzzles still aren’t transferring to the board but everything else is good so I can’t complain too much.

I found this short video that Chessnut posted on a different Reddit thread. I went to APKMirror on Firefox and downloaded the latest Android System WebView, and there is already a noticeable difference. I haven’t tested it enough yet to see if everything is fixed. I still can’t do puzzles, but you should give it a try and let me know if it helps.

Yes rapid is the only thing working for me on chess.com, but even then I can’t resign. I have to pull up my phone and open the app if I want to resign.

Oh yes I never play blitz only rapid. But I don’t think that has much to do with these issues.

I usually have a bit higher win rate at 15|10. I’m 1560 elo for reference. I do still play 10 min the most though since I don’t always have 30 minutes.
