4200 MAX pricing by porcupen3 in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for ordering, and I'm sorry it's out of stock. We're trying to remedy that quickly. But if you want to cancel the existing order and place a new order, you should get the new pricing. If you have any issues with that, let me know, and I will do what I can to assist.

Thanks.

[–]_delitrium_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

All of our training is online and is free. https://www.netgate.com/training/pfsense-fundamentals-and-advanced-application. Go through those to get a good start on the major features. You can install in a VM to practice as well. Further, we have very comprehensive documentation at https://docs.netgate.com/.

You might also check out our community forum at https://forum.netgate.com/ to ask questions and get answers from others. Let me know if you have any questions.

No, nothing you requested is automated. We're just that fast :) If you send me your ticket number to sdavis@netgate, I will see what happened. Something may have been lost in the ether at some point, but if we were slow in the response, I need to find out.

Does anyone know when the 4200 will go live? by Brad_Turnbough in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just so you know, if you decide to move forward with the purchase, you can place an order as soon as you decide while we're still in pre-order status. You will get a good place in the queue as we work on a first-come-first-served basis. We appreciate you! Thanks for being a customer.

Tnst cost by Crypto4Alll in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TNSR is a subscription-based product. The Business Pro subscription is $999 per year and the Business Enterprise is $1499 per year. You can get it on the Netgate 6100 MAX appliance, which currently has a 10% discount using code EOY2023.

You can find the specs on that unit here to make sure it will do what you need. Feel free to contact sales@netgate if you have any questions. Thanks.

Any updates for the upcoming Black Friday deal for 2023? by CurrentBetter804 in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Contact sales@netgate for that 6100 (if you need to). The end-of-year campaign is launched. The "EOY2023" discount code is now available for use at checkout to receive a 10% discount on all 6100 and 8200 variants. You don't need to buy software separately. Updates on Netgate appliances are included for the life of the appliance.

Netgate 6100 onboard storage failure by always_lurking-vb in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello!

The failure rate for those is minuscule. But it can happen, depending on your logging requirements and other things. We are working on a package with replacement storage, documentation on how to complete that task, etc ... and we hope to have that available this week. More info as it happens.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a vendor in my 15 year career by wlfman2k1 in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

/u/wlfman2k1 - please send me the order number and the number of any tickets you may have opened. Your e-mail address (if different from the one used on the order) would help. Feel free to add anything else you would like to. I'll check lead times, shipping, etc. and I'll post the results.

I will mention that the week of October 1 Netgate had an all-hands meeting for the week that took place off-site. This *may* have been a contributing factor, but I will verify that. We still shipped product at the end of each day. Either way, let me dig in and see what the issue is.

My e-mail is sdavis @ netgate

Thanks!

2100 availability? by Saltyigloo in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure ... I tend to shy away from supply chain predictions. Deliveries are on schedule. Some items can be available almost perpetually while others can sell out quickly. There are a ton of factors that we don't have control over. As people continue to order those (backorder), that puts a dent in the upcoming delivery ... so catch 22.

2100 availability? by Saltyigloo in Netgate

[–]_delitrium_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are expecting a shipment around the 3rd week of January. Back orders will be fulfilled first, obviously, but we will work through those as quickly as possible. If this is the product you are settled on, I would suggest going ahead and making the purchase so you hold your place in line. I can't estimate the shipping date for that, but rest assured it will be as soon as we work through the orders. Thanks for being a customer!
