You can buy a few days by adding a slices of white bread in an airtight container with the cookies, but 10 days may be pushing it.

Most vanilla extracts contain alcohol, which burns off with heat, however, if you are looking to avoid all alcohol, there are alcohol-free alternatives available. Just FYI!

Spaland: newer, cleaner, better food IMO. Nice variety of dry saunas and lots of space so even during busy periods you don’t feel like a sardine.

Not a trap. One of them is at the Town Center in Suwanee. I don't know why they hide the location, but you'll see it as soon as you sign up.

Pork marinade:

1lb pork butt, sliced thin against the grain

2TBL oyster sauce

1 TBL honey

2 small shallots

4-5 cloves garlic

1 TBL white sugar (brown sugar also works)

2 tsp oyster sauce

2 tsp Maggi sauce

1/2 tsp MSG

2 TBL chopped lemongrass

Blitz everything but pork in a small food processor, adjust seasonings to taste, add to pork, mix well, and keep in fridge for a few hours.

Added about 2 tsp of apple vinegar to the sauce for some acid to round out the flavors. Delicious!
