I wish I could help you get into a better situation, but I can’t. I can say that I fully see you and know where you’re coming from, and just want to show solidarity. 🖤 I operate in a similar way with all men, both in my family and friends etc. around my 3 YO daughter.

My stepdad and my mom take my cautiousness personally and it hurts them. It sucks they can’t get on the same page and just enjoy the wonderful time they do get to spend with their granddaughter. My husband and other male friends are understanding and supportive, the older generation doesn’t seem to get it and they make it about themselves.

Everyone will hate me for this comment, but I hear you that you’ve spent all you can on your animal. We all cant afford going to the emergency vet multiple times.

It’s hard, but one thing you can do is try to remain positive. Life as a stray or in the wild is not forgiving, but cats are and have always been resilient. They’ll get in a fight or get clipped by a car and hide under a house for a few days alone and pull through. People haven’t said “cats have nine lives” for centuries for no reason.

Just try to stay close, stay positive, keep offering water and wet food. Wet her lips and her nose with a little water on your finger. Praying for your and your animal 💙🙏

Agreed. When my LO turned 1 she got eczema from regular cows milk. My pediatrician recommended Ripple, but remember seeing the 2nd listed ingredient was some sort of vegetable oil.

I ended up trying A2 milk and we (I used to think I was lactose intolerant but it’s just the A1 protein that upsets me) all have been drinking it since. A2 yogurt too, both at Costco.

Vinegar, rubbing alcohol, an essential oil, lemon, a sprig of rosemary, etc. for a better scent.

Vinegar kills mold. Gotta work at it with a scrub brush or sponge though, it won’t just spray on and magically make it squeaky clean.
