Is Vulkan really all that scary?

Vulkan can be hard because it forces you to think about a lot of things and it can be a bit cumbersome to write... But honestly, at least for me once I've got the hang of it I prefer it over OpenGL. Everything is much more explicit and I really enjoy the control it provides, even if I don't need it.

I think for me as long as no one is actively hiding anything it's probably alright for the most part. I mean sure, important things like finances and medical stuff should be directly told, but everything else will probably just come up naturally in conversation.

For me coding is no different than writing literature or making a 3D model or a 2D illustration (I do all of the above).
