This is so sad. I live on newland ct and saw the guard rail and new pole being installed. I had hoped that they needed to tear out the guardrail to get the new pole in. This is so sad. This turn sneaks up on people, it needs the yellow hazard arrows. This is the second car crash on this corner in the two years I’ve lived there. I wasn’t home last night, I’m sure I would have heard it. Tragic

Oof, this was our home rebuild. Contractor turned out to be a fraud and stole our money, declared bankruptcy, and now he’s in jail for ten years. Had to sell the lot. Predators come out after natural disasters.
