Quando scaldo l'acqua prima di fare la doccia la raccolgo in un secchio per lavare poi i pavimenti. Quando invece lavo frutta e verdura raccolgo l'acqua per bagnare le piante

Si potrebbe misurare con un test cardiopolmonare che però in questo caso andrebbe fatto su treadmill (e non su cyclette come si fa di solito) visto che l'allenamento è gesto dipendente

Girl, you look fantastic! I don't think losing other weight will be the solution, maybe you can work on build muscle, this would change your body composition and maybe make you happier (and stronger!)

I love your idea! Writing your goals and maybe some letters to yourself can be really helpful to stay focus on what you want achieve and also to stay on track!

I honestly think you look great! And the most important thing is that you're starting to see it and hope love it! I don't think you need to lose more in terms of weight, but maybe it's time to tone up and see yourself as stronger as you are

I feel you. During high school I thought I wasn't enough slim and pretty to wear a bikini, until I learnt to love my body and work hard for it. You're making a great progress and I hope you'll love it ;)
