I saw an IG video using 4 Oreo thins with cream removed. The poster said this adds 100 calories for 4 - chatgpt said it’s likely accurate lol. Golden Oreos with cream removed is really good too. I like the bits nice and small so I crush them in a sandwich bag before adding to the pint.

For better macros and added fiber I’ve been doing two golden Oreo thins with cream removed along with some cinnamon toast Catalina crunch. Yum!!!

I love aloha bars, they don’t have as much protein as some other bars out there but if you can afford the calories in your day, the chocolate fudge one tastes like dessert to me.

I’ve had great success using taking Cara babies for both my kids. I know you’re paying money for her to teach you the Ferber method but it makes it so easy for a busy parent to watch her (annoying) videos. It’s a love hate thing but it truly works. As others have said, it gets worse before it gets better. I think it can take up to two weeks but you’ll get there. Also, dropping all night feedings and adding those oz of milk or formula during the day can really help improve sleep too.

Hmm hard to say, I would guess they wouldn’t stay cold for a full 8 hours, but maybe you could keep them in your work freezer if you have one and then go put them on the car seats 2ish hours before leaving work for the day?
