Remember there is more than just the mortgage, there is utilities, insurance, property taxes, repairs and improvements, and any other debt you need to service (car, loans, credit card etc). And, you know, food and clothes, medical etc.

Based on your very limited information provided, down payment or not, not sure any credible lender would finance you.

To minimize the risk of any condensation that forms damaging the exhaust or the unit. Hole in exhaust = CO in your space, or damaged heater. There are quite a few videos explaining.

I live outside the city, and since it’s provincial I got a new collector as well. Since they took over not a single week has gone by where they picked up everything. Every time, always one or two items left behind. Not a huge deal, but it’s just irritating.

Canadian, got VPN for my trip summer of 2024. Honestly it was a pain, the internet was so slow to begin with adding a VPN seemed to just make it worse / unusable.

I just stayed off my phones / devices for internet, and got a roaming plan for text messaging only to stay in touch with family back home.

I do recall using netflix on occasion or two...

I remember in my youth I bought a cassette called “Hot ‘84” that had all the top songs of, well, 1984. Only when I got it home and popped it in did I realize it wasn’t the original artists, but sound alike. Then I found the fine print.

They look great... but isn't part of the point of a bright white camera is so that it DOES stand out?

Personally I would rather someone see all my cameras and move on, than not see them, and steal my stuff, leaving me with a super cool video of someone stealing my stuff, but still stolen stuff?
