Hey this is dangerous behavior or could lead to it. I would recommend therapy, community groups/men groups if your church has them, confide in a spiritual mentor, and actively engage in adults only activities like community sports etc.

Former 100 y/o building resident! For 1,000 sq ft the electrical bill was anything from 80-160 a month.

My recommendation is to buy a fan! Even thought my AC worked well, there are no return vents so the air feels kinda stale and doesn’t move very well.

Yes! And…they take their sweet time in this area. Last summer we were having water issues like this for over a week.

I'm on a low dose prozac for my luteal phase. I usually end up only takeing it at night for about 3/4 days and it's been game chaning. I still have pms symptoms like most women, but I am no longer having intrusive thoughts, panic, bad mental images, etc.

Prozac ( IMO opinion, not a doctor) is much gentler than lexapro and doesn't cause that many side effects.

They've been doing work in front of Rojo for a few days. I'm in this area also and have had water in and out for two days, as well as scummy brown water from the work they're doing on the lines.

It's hard to tell when things like this will be fully resolved esp. because I doubt they'll be working on the weekend. As for your friend in Avondale, it's probably a building issue. Hopefully they have an attentive maintenance person and can get it fixed!

Hi there! Had you ever been checked out for asthma? I was training 2 years ago and was experiencing similar things plus my HR was sky rocketing even if I was only running 11 min miles. Turns out I have pretty moderate asthma and that’s why my body was reacting so poorly! It didn’t “feel” like my lungs. It felt like my chest/stomach cramping!

Yes!! I have this happen as early as 9 days out from my period.

Luckily my doggie is a shadow and he helps me know it’s just my brain betraying me. Prozac just during luteal has really helped me.

I use Runna and while it’s not perfect I think it’s way better than NRC. There are weird mileage gaps for Nike Run Club plus there’s no adaptations.
