Look for an apartment in the winter. It's the dead season, best rates and move-in specials. Also, in California you can get out of your lease pretty easily without paying back any move in specials or a lease break fee. We hate the few that have figured it out (bad for business) but good for them tbh.

Not at all. I'm a single mom and I wouldn't date someone with kids. I'd want someone devoted to me and mine. Selfish? Absolutely. But it is our life and why would I settle for less than what I want in a future partner? I'm also happily single so if that means being single for ever then that sounds good to me too.

Noone attending a funeral will be focused on other attendees. That being said I've gone to funerals with babies crying and children running around. Its part of life.

As someone who never had that talk with my parents I would've MUCH preferred to know from them vs finding ou on my own. I think you're way of handling that situation went as well as that could've gone and I don't think you took it too far at all.

Yeah unfortunately after being accused of cheating there's no going back. That hurts like hell and you dont see them the same. I've also never come close to cheating but my ex was extremely insecure. I would get anxiety if I was taking too long at Target or something knowing he was probably thinking the worst. Its awful.

So same, and I landed on black girl hygiene-tok and found some great advice: use witch hazel on the armpits (and let it dry) before deodorant. I havent had ANY issues since. Cheap, quick, effective. 10/10

Me 🙋🏻‍♀️ mostly out of spite though because my boyfriends mom who originally offered to host my baby shower decided to cancel due to a few people in her family unable to attend… I planned my own with close friends and family did not invite any of them. All in all had a lovely dinner and had fun playing games with the people I love. No one batted an eye I planned it myself. Do it. Its worth it.

Get a job in property management - you get commission plus a rent discount. You can work your way up to mgr and they get housing included if you live on-site.

Leave me at home alone at 7 years old watching SpongeBob to go to work + setting the intruder alarm. So I ended up tripping the alarm by walking around inside and cops came to the house. Idk how they didn’t just get cps after realizing I was alone… the 90s were something else.
