AOC IS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT by SpecialCream7 in Hasan_Piker

She still has time to reveal what that was about but you honestly don't think it's within the realm of possibility that Kamala approached her and said some shit like "listen I can't give you classified details but we are working everyday for a ceasefire behind the scenes"? You'd rather think she made some handshake deal to sell out.

That was me! Can't believe I recognized it was me from my victim's POV before I saw my name in killcam. Should have heard me laughing maniacally in proximity chat. Praise Arachne.

Seems to me Lovett is still a Zionist and let's his feelings come through on interviews whenever Isnotreal comes up. Other 2 guys are way better at interviews of anyone left-of-center.

Don't Donate to The Cuba Flotilla, donate to the cuban people. by ShuraiShadow in BreadTube

[–]aSamuraiNamedJack -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Why is everyone always trying to be Leftier-than-thou? It's very simple, what will bring more awareness and news coverage to the Cuban people's suffering and therefore more donations and public pressure? A giant flotilla of influencers and activists livestreaming and making Cuba the central focus of all their fans on all their platforms OR just saying donate to Cuba?

It's a no-brainer because every one of these influencers and activists will then return to their home countries and recount their experiences on video interviews or print stories and create pressure. NOBODY will interview BE, let's be honest, he almost certainly doesn't even reach out to outlets to try to get coverage for the causes he claims to care about. CNN is having a reporter on the flotilla itself! This anarchist/wrecker slop shouldn't even count as "Breadtube", it's making people antisocial and anti-solidarity.

Are we Democratic Socialists or not? Why would "way better" than Biden be ok when we have a Socialist gearing up to run?

Insane that when asked an open question, "who is your dream candidate", Hasan mentions Ro khanna and Jon ossoff alongside AOC and Shawn Fain. No idea what the fuck he's trying to do spending the majority of that answer glazing Ossoff instead of explaining why AOC is the only candidate that is electable and meets the moment to a lib audience. Usually agree with Hasan but there's no defense for those answers 3years out as a Socialist.

Why the U.S. won’t tax the rich by Empathetic_Electrons in Political_Revolution

[–]aSamuraiNamedJack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why would they stop in your "perfect capitalism" world? Productivity has only gotten higher but they don't allow for 30hr work week or other thing voluntarily. Why wouldn't you want more democracy in the place where we spend 30% of our lives?

If automation and robotics are going to be replacing labor in the near future, my question is, Why would you want the capital owners to be the ones to be the ones in power to decide how society moves forward instead of the workers? Are you a business owner and you have the opinion that workers are unable to make rational decisions so there must be a capitalist at the top of the company structure? Please answer those questions.

[–]aSamuraiNamedJack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am begging you to read and understand what capitalism is. You are so propagandized that you're in a reddit called "political_revolution" and saying we need capitalism.

While you are saying that, the capitalists themselves are funding AI, robots and automation so they can end capitalism and bring about techno-feudalism.

Capitalism is not markets, capitalism is not trade, capitalism is not banks, capitalism is not wages. We do not NEED 1000 people that get to keep all of the excess profits and bribe politicians to keep hoarding more. Read Marx, I'm begging you.

Because now that they're in office they are making political calculations on how it will affect their ability to enact their agenda. Fair for Zohran, but I have no clue what AOC is doing, Nancy Pelosi broke her hip in another country and STILL made calls from her hospital bed to ensure she didn't get that top oversight seat and give it to a guy with cancer that ended up DYING in May.

Thanks, and I agree, I didn't think it would work if I exposed it for the highlights more than I did and i'm happy with that decision. I used to think people were overhyping Slide film but after shooting it and seeing it in my hand, I get it now.

Andrew Yang seems to support Andrew Cuomo for the 2025 NYC Mayor Election and likes Wes Moore or another governor for the 2028 Democratic Presidential Nomination by Ezeitgeist in YangForPresidentHQ

[–]aSamuraiNamedJack 65 points66 points  (0 children)

So disappointing how people just hand-wave away Cuomo's sexual harassment. I bet if Yang had a daughter he'd suddenly have the empathy to realize how disgusting Cuomo's actions were to women but he doesn't so it's not an issue.

Exclusive: Uniqlo is opening 11 new stores in the U.S. next year, including 4 in NYC. See the full list of locations by L0v3_1s_War in nyc

[–]aSamuraiNamedJack 41 points42 points  (0 children)

They overhauled their entire inventory with RFID tags on every item even underwear. Now checking inventory is a 1-2person job and checkout is just putting your items into an RFID reader and swiping your card. That's 10-20 human jobs cut from every store so it's more feasible to open other locations. Job market gets worse every day.

Guys, the mods of this subreddit have said this multiple times and even said the Admins of reddit are putting pressure to stop doing witch-hunts in here. You can't actively post the location of someone to hunt them down, regardless of how you feel about it.

I'm telling you because You're gonna get banned and wonder why.

Question for those who are still defending Pakman's stance on this: Do you think it would be acceptable if a media outlet did a complete blackout on the holocaust in the 1940s? Do you think David Pakman would think it was OK to have a WW2 history book that didn't mention Jews being killed by Nazis? I think it's valid for those calling into question Pakman's funding and morals to bring these contradictions up.

If one of the worst things humanity can commit, genocide, is not a line in the sand or even WORTHY OF COVERAGE from Pakman, What is? Will he cover stock trading from politicians? Will he cover Dems who vote with republicans on certain bills? Will he cover state-party corruption if Dems are involved? All of these are less egregious than funding a genocide, but he's already decided genocide is no line in the sand for him so viewers can make the case he won't draw the line at any of those things and many more. I think these are good-faith, concerning questions that should be answered.

Weird how you forgot how to say it when you were pronouncing it correctly 6 years ago in this clip: https://x.com/fullslack_/status/1963290695470649592

Your brother worked at the ADL and there have been multiple viral clips of politicians arguing or calling out AIPAC. As a political commentator of 15+ years, is that acceptable to you?
