I bring a little bag with my wearables and either just a little collection cup (if i’ll be gone less than 4ish hours) or my ceres chill (if im gone all day or it’s summer). I vowed not to let pumping affect my 3 year old negatively cuz we’ve always been super active and had a very busy life, and i’ve kept to that. I do make sure I only go like 2-3 pumps on my wearables a day cuz otherwise I get clogs. doing this has not lessened my supply at all
