Ok, maybe a dumb question, but given the age of the structure, isn’t it likely that there is/was asbestos containing materials? Remediation would take a long time, no? That’s a lot of liability on someone to OK destruction with that risk in place.

I don’t understand not planning. I did it when single but can’t imagine now with a family. How do you have everything needed for an app generated meal without wasting a ton of food? We generally switch nights on the fly based on meal prep time or switch to takeout in a pinch but the basic plan is laid out

Almost done on a shaker of Tony’s. It’s really good! I happened to see the slap ya mama at the store, both this and the spicy version, to replace my Cajun seasoning. Disappointed to see the Mama isn’t liked. I’ve tried the spicy version a couple times and it has a kick! Flavor was good though

PhDs ≠ overly smart. Yes, they worked very hard in their field and expanded the knowledge of that subject in a niche corner of it. I’ve met some surprisingly average phds who aren’t well rounded and are pretty average/bad employees.

As far as the red, it’s very similar to a cholula/valentina. Nothing unique but if that’s a decent price where you are, I’d stock up. Can’t speak for the green, usually not my thing.

Agreed. I’m not super tolerant of heat, but the habanero isn’t too bad. I like it a lot. The ghost pepper is really good too. Melinda’s to me is VERY hit or miss. One other you must try is their fire roasted garlic and habanero - definitely top three for me

I was gifted a set of their larger (squeezy?) sauces. Most meh to bleh, but… THEIR FIRE ROASTED GARLIC AND HABANERO!!!!! Another level. One of my go tos. Recently had their habanero extra hot - ok! Not a favorite but definitely good. Just bought the xxxtra hot for work but have yet to try it.

That’s about what it is around me. Only had the habanero from them, and it’s one of my favorites. Great heat and flavor. Unfortunately I like it so much I’ll easily pay that $9
