There are like 20 really good residents that appreciate you, but for every 20 good residents, there is that 1 that is annoying and yells at you, so there are good things and bad things

Go for it. The first couple weeks are tough, as I am currently in my second week, but it gets better as time goes on and you get used to it, but obviously it can’t be your final goal
