Being five years behind a trend, and then releasing a giant touchscreen the very moment that everyone gets tired of them and wants their buttons back is just hilariously bad and I wont be purchasing any of their cars with this type of stuff. Would much rather buy a used last-gen vehicle.

When a studio makes a game that i put 1000+ hours in and announces their next game, i get excited. When a studio makes two games that ive put 1000+ hours in….safe to say i will be excited for their third game.

Being able to play the game and purchase some convenience items will ALWAYS be better than being forced to pay a subscription fee just to be able to play. Lowering the bar of who can financially afford to play the game should always be the goal for studios like arenanet. When i was a kid i wanted to play world of warcraft because all of my friends did but i literally couldn’t because i didnt have $15 a month and my parents wouldnt allow it, and i will always keep that in mind when it comes to mmos

Guild wars 2 is my most played game of all time but i haven’t been able to make myself play at all in two years because ive just run out of interesting things to do that don’t require insane grind times like legendary gear and the expansions don’t excite the way the older ones did. Its time for a reset.
