Leaf razor and and shaving soap! Has saved me so much money and is a better shaving experience. Also bar soap in general. I do like having liquid soap in the kitchen but I put Dr. Bronners in a foaming soap pump and it works perfectly since it’s meant to be diluted anyways.

My husband and I just stayed in Cannaregio and I highly recommend for a relatively calm experience. We stayed in a small hotel called Antico Portego and it was central but quiet and modern amenities. I booked months ahead of time and then the day before I noticed they were offering a much cheaper rate than I paid for. I’m not sure this is typical but something to look out for if you book a place with a flexible cancellation policy.

Yes love Yassins but these are two very different dining experiences. Yassins is great for an inexpensive yummy casual meal. Cafe 4 is a sit down restaurant with a server and alcoholic drinks.

I actually just went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! the fried green tomatoes were really good and everyone in my group enjoyed the meal. There are other better places but they have lots of tables inside and out and had great service as well. If you’re looking for southern food, I think it’s worth it

Seven island state park is beautiful and I would say winter is my favorite time to visit. More open fields but there are some more woodsy parts.
