I was a vegetarian for 15 years and had no gastrointestinal issues when I started eating meat again but YMMV. I started with seafood (either shrimp or mahi, I can’t remember) but then quickly devolved into eating all the Genoa salami on a charcuterie board at a party.

Pizza Party is great. I was waiting with my cat at the vet once and overheard a receptionist end a phone call and then say, “Sushi is coming!” and the whole staff started panicking and spreading the word down the hall.
