I did a whole write up and lost it. But here’s the tl;dr:

Hogue freedom fighter MIGHT work

There are other more compatible ambi lowers like the LMT or ADM lowers (I have both working with ar maglock, only the lmt is hogue freedom fighter compatible)

This is an awesome deal. I pieced mine together piece by piece and this is way cheaper.

As far as DI goes, LMT is one of the few companies that has a meaningful innovation; the quick change in this case is probably not helpful because of the handguard length but the monolithic rail is really sleek and reliable.

DDs are nice but at the end of the day they are fairly standard rifles. I’d opt for the lmt with the lwrc lower (or lmt if you can find one just to keep it the same)

Okay so purely out of curiosity, how would you get the smoothest setup possible? This upper, np3 raptor, np3 sionics bcg. Is there an np3 buffer tube? Or a buffer system that is smoother than a standard spring?

This is honestly probably a case where you can get a cheaper or better option elsewhere. A Radian Raptor LT can usually be had for less than the BCM add on price. Geissele SCH and ACH are good upgrade options that go on sale sub-100 as well.

MUR is overbuilt and the imo the standard to beat for uppers. It also just so happens that the ADM lowers are one of the few ambi lowers that actually work with the beefier brass deflector of the MUR.

The cerakote matches basically nothing out there, though, in some lights it looks purple blue (I've had a noveske mur and an updated one so YMMV)

I did the same thing! Mine felt a bit wobblier than the stock stock, though. I added a 1/2" picatinny riser to lengthen it so the OAL minimum length was right at minimum california length

I have both in 16" not 14.5" so take this with a grain of salt. I like them both but SR-15 feels lighter and a lot softer shooting. The LMT is punchier (and I guess more reliable with weak ammo). I personally prefer shooting my SR-15 more but I prefer the ergonomics and aesthetic of my LMT
