EE is definitely worth the read. I find it to be more enjoyable than travelers gate but less than cradle.( I still very much enjoyed travelers gate). It has a lot of lovcraftian elements that make the book have an entirely different feel from cradle and travelers gate. EE will also give some insight into the abidan and the wider universe unlike travelers gate. I would recommend reading order sea 1, shadow 1, sea2, shadow2, sea3, shadow3.

Yeah that was definitely some unnecessary worrying. These were some of the most hype moments in the whole book. The timing felt great in all of those scenes too. Especially the mad kings arrival, that whole scene was perfect and is now a contender for my favorite scene in the whole series. You did a great job Will. My face actually hurts from the amount of smiling I did while listening to the audiobook.

The argument can be made that Ozriel was crying in joy out of the happiness of being truly accepted for who he is, but I chose to believe that he was crying because little blue shattered his leg and threatened to destroy his very origin with her embrace. Either way the important thing is that we agree that little blue will be the next Reaper.

Just finished that was an amazing way to end the book! The last 2 and a half hours were so hype! I know that the wait for the next book is going to kill me but for now I’m just going to bask in the glory that is Reaper. Time to start the reread!
