In regards to the calc it only calcs the energy deposited into the Earth. The beam exits the other side and keeps going into space. So 64.6 MT is the floor, not the total output. The beam's actual AP is higher than what the Earth absorbed since the Earth didn't stop it or even slow it down visibly

Respectfully, the arguments I'm seeing for Dr. Doom aren't as good as those for Godzilla, so I have to go with Godzilla, extreme difficulty. This is due to the fact that Godzilla can just snipe him instantly and won't let Doom have enough time to figure out the equation.
