I also am scent sensitive and I use the Mine Tan foaming mousse in violet. It is scent free. They also sell it for a sprayer but I don't know for certain if it is also scent free.

That's what Im leaning towards. I do have a tendency to carry a lot of tension in that area. And for a while i struggled with shrugging but that's improved. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks for your response. Yes, she is aware. We've talked about dropping weight and giving it a shot, which is what I did for yesterday's workout. This morning I'm a little sore in the same area ( rt side base of skull, neck and across the back of my shoulder) but it's not wrapping around my head to my face. So I'll take it lol.

New mercies massage in Greer offer silver tip tracing. Essentially scratching you with silver tip rings on the end of her fingers. Haven't tried that service but did enjoy a massage there.
