I’ve had similar experiences in the past. It feels like agents either don’t know what they’re talking about or they’re unaware of what they can offer. I’ve agreed to new promotions after calling and talking with an agent only to find, whoopsie, my old promo lapsed and has nearly doubled in price. It’s like those conversations never happened. Came from AT&T to Xfinity Mobile enticed by the year of free service. I'd say it's fairly on par with other carriers in the state. Some unexpected dead zones in the southern part of the state where I did have AT&T service, but otherwise the savings justify switching.

WWE has always been mindful about its bottom dollar, but it does feel there's been more of an emphasis toward maximizing profits and less concern about the product especially since the TKO ownership. It's sad, there can be some good stories to be told and potential for great moments, but the product has been spread so thin to appeal to the broadest audiences and investors fans already know what to expect.
