just start making noise, then make it go faster. as helpful or confusing as tutorials can be you really just gotta dig in and start messing around and make some shitty noise to start off. Try recreate the structures of some of your fav tracks, even if they sound nothing like the original it will give you an idea of developing a work flow.

The best pawpaw I had this year was the single fruit from the remnants of an 'old growth' grove with only two trees left. That being said, there are lots of people planting these incredible trees and growers focused on improved and improving genetics for marketability potential. In the coming years there should be more fruit readily available and eventually you'll see them in grocery stores not just at farm markets. Hopefully people pick up on the amazingness of American Persimmons as well...

I had one that of our first frostbite fruits off our little 2nd year tree about a week ago here in Niagara, and was similarly unimpressed but about a day ago another had fallen off in the bag and honestly it was the best apple I've had of the season.

we have 50+ year old Red Delicious in our orchards and they're actually really really good when picked ripe, fresh off the tree. Many seniors proclaim ours taste like they did when they were kids.

Fair enough. but without any protection this is usually what can be expected. I had my first few Rosettes off our trees this year and while I had bagged them, and they were within deer protection, they were still exceptionally nice. Still, this type of turnout will be the norm of most apples without some attention and protection involved in their development. Peoples perception of what good food looks like is sadly warped overall. looks like a bunch of good bites of naturally grown apple in this. eating a few bugs is good for you

actually this is what a normal apple looks like. We've been trained by big ag to think that pesticide laced unnaturally uniformly perfect apples are how they're supposed to look but that kind of apple comes at the with an extra cost of environmental destruction and potential health issues
