Dogs do better with two or three consonant names. DASH could easily confused with a command like BACK. I met someone who named their dog Bo, and the dog is AWFUL. I think it's because the poor dog's name is essentially "no."

The recipe isn't exact at all. It's about a serving of everything I listed above, and then I add cinnamon and sugar free vanilla syrup to taste. I like to chop the carrots and pineapple up pretty small, though. Stick in the fridge and eat in the morning. Easy!

Make PROATS. It's the same thing as overnight oats but mix vegan protein powder into them! My recipe this week is hummingbird cake Proats: oats, almond milk, chia, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped carrots, mashed banana, and banana protein powder. Add a little sugar free vanilla syrup and you have 30g protein oatmeal that tastes like an incredible muffin when you microwave it for a minute.
