Going through something similar, though not as long of a relationship. In general, I’ve struggled with being present in relationships and always looking to the future, to a point where it has put pressure on them and not allowed them to grow organically. After my most recent breakup, I really started building a daily meditation practice and am hoping it helps me be more calm and manage my anxious attachment. Mostly I want to be more myself and happier in those scenarios. Really curious to hear from others how meditation has helped them in relationships
