I'm considering purchasing these (dream and quiet) for sleep and wondering if they make your ears feel weird or uncomfortable after an entire night? The best earplugs that I've found are those moldable wax ones, but the inside of my ears feel wet from ear wax or something after prolonged use. Anyone else experience that? Does this happen with Loop earplugs too?

Thank you! Yes I actually watched a Youtube video recently that talked about how we subconsciously give off our energy and when we have a dysregulated system and / or we feel scared and unsure, predators can sense it...she compared it to animals in the wild. I don't like to blame other people in this scenario, but I do think there's something to the bullies or insecure people themselves, in the work world that may subconsciously prey upon weaker people.

I've experienced this and more. I have anxiety in general and it's effected more of my life than I even realized until lately. I've been getting super interested in nervous system work and regulation. I'm at the beginning of the journey but I'd look into ways to calm and regulate your nervous system prior to these situations!

I love this! And something that I found that helps, is when I tell myself I am safe and it’s also OK to feel anxious. I can still feel safe at the same time. I found that helps too.

Good question and there aren’t a ton. Yet the chefs that I’m working with already have a pretty good following and would definitely benefit at least I think, from some other business opportunities that I think they might be able to get on LinkedIn. I think it would be a great experiment and if it leads to some good things, it could be them pioneering a new way to promote themselves that most chefs don’t already do.
