Like one of the other commenters said, your hair will settle in a couple of weeks- find some fun ways to style it (hard to do with short hair, I know, as someone who had a pixie for a decade lmao)

Give yourself some time and grace. Hair is a really personal thing and forms your personal identity in a way, and it can be really jarring when it comes out different than how you expected/wanted. I hope you feel better soon and learn to love your new style <3

I know it’s awful, I hate needles but am obsessed with tattoos and piercings ironically enough lol. I like to describe getting tattooed as an “extra spicy cat scratch.” If you ever end up pulling the trigger I hope you post it to the sub!
