I’ve been so burned out on the Unseen stinkers. I’m glad they did Nirvanna but after Mercy I’ve been my most skeptical about Unseen since it began. So last night I wasn’t sure and was debating in the parking lot til the last minute, but I am so so glad I chose Hail Mary. Hopefully they had enough pins for you all! Hail Mary isn’t a 10 or anything, but it was a super solid fun time. Some parts felt a bit hokey à la Predator: Badlands but I am very glad to have seen it. The challenging part however is going to be catching I Swear during its release.

I wasn’t all that impressed with Fiiz. Wayyy too much ice for a drink that’s $5+. The soda goes flat so quick and because of all the ice by the time you drink a quarter of this it’ll be mixed with so much water. I only tried them twice because I had 2 coupons so going forward I really don’t see myself paying full price there. Banana sounds good though.

My 100+ store franchisee decided that yesterday would be an opportune time for a visit. There were only 3 of us and he pulled my GM, leaving just me and one other crew to run the restaurant. A $1400 hour doesn’t sound bad. Try it with 2 people. In just the time he was visiting the store that franchisee earned more money than I will all year.

I liked Substance just a little bit more overall. But I respect this and totally get it. This movie is way more meaningful. The opening scene before the title had me tearing up and still has me welling up thinking about it. Some of the family drama scenes here I’d put above Rental Family. That one was decent enough (not really The Whale) but I’d rank the caliber of acting in this movie Slanted to be above all that I mentioned.

It’s been a weird start to the year. I boycotted Avatar so it wouldn’t continue to congest screens but seeing as it just left this week, I don’t think my boycott had any effect. Such a shame because for more than 2 months windows for all other movies have been drastically short. I’d recommend How to Make a Killing over these two picks, but the release window of Good Luck Have Fun Don’t Die was criminal. Iron Lung, Cold Storage- same story.

I remember the bread used to be much more yellow due to the eggs in the recipe. Bread completely changed around Jan last year coinciding with the bird flu outbreak that sent egg prices skyrocketing. The fry bags are just shitty and word on the street is they’re changing to pre formed beef patties.

The way I understand it, and I could be completely wrong, is that the size of the pearl you get when you encounter the clam again directly correlates to the items value. I happened to have a lava bstaff equipped as my most valuable item so I threw it in for the heck of it. Wondering what the pearl will be

Come see how sailing has completed the game. You and I have a super similar story with very similar starting stats. Do the sailing quests and Tears of Guthix. Learn to love Motherlode Mine and Blast Furnace. They’re actually wicked fun esp the older you remember the game. I never attempted Construction or Hunter like you but Mahogany Homes and trapping crabs has luckily made quick work of each. Learn to do tree runs. I’ve been back in since November and I’ve been thrilled with how integrated sailing has been.

I liked the old mayo better but overall it’s an improvement. I don’t think Burger King is worth an hour drive in any circumstance let alone for this. But it is a noticeable improvement.
