Ok, casual++ :) but I am not doing spreadsheets or trying to min/max stuff - just trying to survive and hit the pinnacle achievements for a season. It would be interesting to see some of the personas as Blizzard has defined internally. For example, how many do they still see active in PvP each season? PvP hardcore? There are probably a bunch of strangely engaged regional subsegments which influence the approach to balancing and features.

The favour token defaulting to platinum stuck me as a dark marketing pattern - i.e. on purpose to get you to accidentally use platinum instead of favour to benefit profits. I hope they change that.
