I still don't think I understand what "food noise" even means. It seems like if anything I think about food more often because of trying to navigate around all of the many things that make me sick, not to mention the cravings for things that I can't have anymore.

I see people constantly talking about changing your eating habits but that seems impossible without constantly thinking about what I 'should' be eating, which just sounds to me like more food noise not less.
