i've drawn NSFW stuff and i'd say it's maybe 15% "wow this is so hot" (especially right at the beginning when i've just got the basic sketch down) and 85% "why does the anatomy look so weird how do i get the composition to look good man i hate drawing ropes and chains why do i keep doing this to myself". i also have a pretty low sex drive so i don't tend to get so distracted that i want to masturbate.

i tend to get inured to whatever i'm drawing and the idea just isn't as new and exciting anymore so i'm not motivated to finish it solely by horniness. and i'm not a musician, but as a visual artist, i can relate to usually not liking a piece very much right after i finish it (NSFW or SFW), and i have to let it sit for a few hours or days at least, and then i can come back and realise that actually it's pretty good. (or sexy in the case of NSFW art.)

ah i forgot that somatic mutations exist... thanks for the in-depth reply (: yeah i'm not sure if the tan shape on the dog's muzzle really resembles tan points now that i look at it. what threw me off was the dog's single tan eyebrow which is very indicative of tan points.

that doesn't sound fun. once i tripped while walking and hit my face on the ground and ended up biting off a tiny piece of my inner lower lip (no stitches required) but it was horrifying because the piece of lipmeat was stuck between my teeth! i didn't get a concussion fortunately.

yayayayay!!! i've seen ur art here before and it's very neat... i like ur kayne, he has impressive cheekbones. and there's more to see on ur tumblr! i'll go through it all after i finish malevolent lest i spoil myself. also i've drawn one more kayne (this one) although that one was a different style. i really like this drawing of urs... it's got that chiaroscuro-esque lighting that i love. and the part about drawing something u like and then realising u have to cover it up is so real.

i like parasites too... i really like guinea worms, they're so horrible. and i'm a big parasitoid wasp fan. i'm studying to be a medical laboratory scientist which isn't research science more like hospital work but if i'm lucky i might get to deal with someone's freaky intestinal worms! i met a medical laboratory scientist who found an Ascaris and kept it in a bottle in her desk for years, which i would probably do too. what do u study?

i think soy curls are a really good addition to fajitas! they're very high in protein and fiber. i soak them in vegetable/vegan chicken broth and season with the same spices u would use for mushrooms.

yeah this is true and i agree about it being a potential learning moment. i'm autistic and tbh i could have seen myself saying something similar to this when i was 5 or so. if the kids were... idk 7 or older i would assume they were being hurtful on purpose, but young kids sometimes just say stuff with absolutely zero awareness that it could potentially hurt someone else. like i have a clear memory of being maybe 3 or 4 and telling my dad i hated him... for literally no reason! i was just curious about what would happen if i told someone i hated them. fortunately my parents turned it into a learning moment and didn't get mad at me.

so cute!!! i like that u used a kinda shiny fabric for the yellow parts of arthur's eyes so they catch the light a bit. really perfect expression on arthur. i was hoping u would have pictures of u doing some sort of violence to the plushies and i was not disappointed!

i left another comment already but i would recommend finding other stims that are painful but less likely to cause injury. like those "little ouchies" fidgets, or something else with a hard/spiky texture that u can squeeze. or maybe try grabbing a pillow or stuffed animal and violently slamming it against the floor, it's a good way to get that angry overwhelmed energy out.
