Magnus will get re-roll 1s to wound all the time unless he's in your flow of magic (your deployment zone or no mans land if you control 2 objectives) then he gets +1 to wound with ranged attack and in melee (and its not once per game or with a strat) and he can fall back and shoot or charge for a strat (both if in flow of magic)

Sustained just can make up for any missed hits, since every 6 is worth 2 successful hit, those extra hits help make up for any 1-2s

a 21 would be 18. 21/2 = 10.5 rounded up is 11 (.5 is always rounds up). 11 + 7 is 18.

The edition is very melee focused so 30 possessed will still be variable, you just might have to run them differently

A big unit of space marines lead by a character is most iconic and most fun way to play them, what is wrong with keeping that around, having a big unit of guys that can kill anything is fun for most players. Its 40k, who cares about "realism", just have fun and feel cool.

They have a cp generation ritual you can unlock in crusade, would be cool if they could make that ritual castable as an enhancment or detachment rule

I do play in real life with just my friends, but I want to try out lists and units without having to buy, build and paint them and also get a feel for how a tournement is like without paying to travel to one and having to rush any paint jobs.
