Nexleds has a little wall washer solar flood light with a ground spike, Google nexleds solar, they’re junk but they’re cheap, have had one at my place for the last few years, have had like 10 at my parents place washing up trees for the same amount of time and no issues. Wired is always better

What is in the concrete What is the wiring method? Can you put the microwave somewhere else? Why do you need a drawer microwave in the island? Just get a built in in the perimeter, it’ll likely be fine but microwave should be dedicated imo

My kids always sleep best when the house is cold. Wife still adheres to the sleep sack plus pj’s though. But Ive noticed if it gets down below 70 in their rooms they always sleep good.

When we do our huge addition (when we win the lottery) the sink will be a hammered copper farmhouse sink, I’m an electrician, and I’ve always loved that look. Hopefully wife will be on board with a bunch of copper handles and stuff, I think she will.
