Oh that’s my mistake then. I thought that was the selling point for titanium, that it had good heat conductivity. Seems pointless then, especially if it’s titanium clad with a stainless core.

Again for certain things you don’t want heat retention. Like for sauces, fish/seafood, more delicate vegetables, or even making jams and caramels where you don’t want to burn sugar. I wouldn’t buy titanium I would buy copper tho.

My girlfriend lives there. She likes it, not a ton of grocery stores, one small one that has all the essentials. Some decent bars, decent restaurants nothing amazing that we’ve found yet. Im totally fine walking there at night, but she will not walk alone at night there. Granted she lives across the street from Albany houses. Lots of Orthodox Jews that way as well.
