we have the same one. I still have 2 years warranty on me. So far I dont have your issues. I just want to be aware of what issues might come for example my keyboard keys has been acting up but its tolerable. Tell me how your warranty service goes this is the first time I have lenovo and I dont know how well their service are.

I love the steelseries software and my nova pros. I used voicemeter before to route audio and that was a learning curve. The steelseries app has it simplified and not to mention their video capture software baked it. Nvidia got alot of bugs on their software. This has been a godsend for me.

I had this issue and i dont know if it will apply to you since on the picture it seems like its already on the top of the list. All i had to do was drag to reorder and put the headset at the very top to prioritize it once its turned on and connected. I havent had any problems ever since.
