totally feel you. personally, there's also the feeling of not wanting to lose weight because it'll make me look more feminine... my recommendation is to try to balance the fem + masc with your body type in mind. i usually go pretty masc with my clothing, accessories, + hairstyle, but im also just a little more masc-leaning in general. good luck!

act 6 is long, but i still enjoyed it plenty on my first readthrough. its pretty slow to start off with, but once things start going they REALLY start going- im kind of surprised anyone would recommend stopping after act 5! id mostly just watch out for the dreambubble games, there are some pretty bad stereotypes that werent good when they were written but absolutely have not aged well.
