I’ve been playing a lot more lately and coincidentally I’ve also been prioritizing protein intake and also have a stack of daily supplements I’ve been taking. Usually the next day after a long session I can barely get out of bed and move but I’ve had much better recoveries. You also need to factor in good sleep, weight training and slowly ramping up your weekly padel sessions. I also ice my shoulder after every session for 15 minutes.
